Szilágyi Krisztián-Attila, an individual developer based in Romania and publishing as Moenish, is responsible for this website and for personal information received in support correspondence. Visiting the website

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. It contains no added analytics, advertising trackers, tracking cookies, embedded social widgets, or contact forms. Fonts, styles, and images are served with the site. GitHub processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect its hosting service. Its processing and retention practices are explained in the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Contact and support emails

If you email Moenish, your address, message, and attachments are received through Gmail. They are used to respond, resolve the issue you describe, and handle necessary follow-up. Providing this information is voluntary; without enough detail, it may not be possible to answer your question. Do not send financial backups, receipts, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Where European data-protection law applies, the basis for responding to ordinary inquiries is the legitimate interest in communicating with people who request assistance and resolving reported problems. Information may also be retained where required by law. Messages are not used for advertising or automated decisions about you.

Who handles this information

Google handles email through Gmail, and GitHub handles website hosting. See Google's Privacy Policy and the GitHub statement above. These providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Their policies explain the relevant transfer safeguards and how to obtain more information. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

Retention and deletion

Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and related follow-up, or to meet applicable legal obligations. The relevant criteria are whether the issue remains open, whether the correspondence is needed for a related unresolved issue, and whether a legal retention obligation applies. You can request deletion by emailing moenish.dev@gmail.com; any lawful reason for retaining information will be explained. Hosting logs are subject to GitHub's retention practices.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact moenish.dev@gmail.com. You can lodge a complaint with Romania's National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), or another competent supervisory authority, including the authority where you habitually live or work. Requests concerning data GitHub or Google processes independently can be directed to those providers through their privacy policies.

App privacy

For OweTally's local records, backups, sharing, and deletion instructions, read the OweTally privacy policy. The app sends no ledger data to Moenish, and we cannot recover lost records.
